Bad experience on Appointment system

I made an appointment and went to the place. Chey takes a person who walks in after me though i had an appointment saying that there was a delay and there is a queue. And i was asked to go just by saying sorry. Surprised by this behaviour owner should look into this. Im a regular customer and this kind of service is not acceptable

My barber is Ayden, he is a professional barber that helped me fix a bad haircut I had before coming into Trym, he gave solid haircut that went well with my physical appearance. Have been coming to the barber eversince , and my haircut just keeps getting better as my hair is growing well from the bad haircut I had before Trym. I fully recommend to get a haircut from Trym! Especially with Ayden !
