Christmas Dinner
Dinner was horrendously awful. Whole dinner was cold, had to pour it away. Chicken had no taste to it whatsoever same with the potatoes. Highly disgusted.

Accommodation-Walsall campus
Overall the actual accommodation is pretty good! However the accommodation team are utterly awful. If you want to wait 5 days + to have anything in your room fixed then this is the place to be nothing is done with any urgency so you better hope it’s nothing important. If you want to be pestered and harassed by Yvette and the accommodation team everyday this is also the place to be! Accommodation never sort out any major issues, and won’t disclose wether they have even took your request or allegations further! Students who have caused major issues and incidents are never properly punished however students with minor infractions are put on final warnings and behavioural contracts. If you want to constantly be threatened and referred to conducts and appeals by accommodation then you’re in the right place. Overall I wouldn’t even rate the accommodation team a 1/5 because the service is absolutely shocking!

Accommodation
was very quiet the day i arrived but i know this is due to covid. kitchen is good, no grill pan in the oven though. would have liked a map whether online or paper copy to explain where first aid, laundry, post box is, although i did manage to ask someone where stuff is. would also liked to have seen a virtual tour of the accommodation before i went to uni so i would know what to expect. Did not know we already had a waste bin in our rooms and no coat hangers. just little things to know before we come.

Friendly, Fast, Fitting
The accommodation staff is very friendly, the indications are clear, the living quarters spacious and the kitchen/livingroom area is formidable. Very happy to be part of this university.
