Dr. Hare has been practicing in the Dallas area for 21 years. He has completed extensive postgraduate training in the field of Sports Injury and Rehabilitation, and Active Release Technique. He holds advanced certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and as a certified strength and and conditioning specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

La sophrologie est un ensemble de techniques de relaxation dynamique, faisant appel à des exercices de respiration, de contractions et relâchements musculaires et à des visualisations positives. La personne expérimente et s'approprie des outils simples qui peuvent l'aider à gérer des situations stressantes, à prendre du recul, à se détendre, à gérer l'expression de ses émotions, à ralentir, à vivre plus au présent, à être à l'écoute de ses ressentis, à favoriser le sommeil... Elle se pratique en individuel ou en groupe et une séance dure environ 1h. Pour profiter pleinement de ses bénéfices les entraînements sont réguliers, tout d'abord avec le sophrologue et de plus en plus en autonomie chez soi, au travail...
