Vinyasa Flow Class

This is a peak class, early bookings are recommended to secure your place.

Class is led by a senior teacher making it welcoming to all levels.

This class consists of guided meditations and movement to bring awareness to the body. The meditations vary in topic, but are used to calm the mind and turn one's attention to their inner self.

Class Pricing:

Donation Based - whatever you feel is a fair price for the service and where you are financially. A way to make meditation accessible to all. 

Yin Asana utilizes poses that are held for 3 to 5 minutes. These postures are active stretches and with the support of props allows you to safely deepen and or support your stretch. A calm and slow-moving practice that allows you to immerse yourself in each pose.

Single drop in class for after 36 weeks or before 36 weeks if you are not choosing the 4 week block option.

You are welcome from 14 weeks of pregnancy until your baby arrives.
