Step 5: Receive your confirmation email and reminder text before your appointmentYou will see that some of the blocks on the calendar are different colours, this is what they mean:White = AvailableGrey = Unavailable If you click on the white available times for a therapist it will open a box which then asks for your details and books your appointment time.
