I came here at 7:49 and was turned away. They told me to come back. All I wanted was a small henna on my hand, and they don’t close until 8 o’clock.

Excellent Service

I’ve been trying waxing places all over Dunwoody Sandy Springs area and magical waxing is one of the best. My first time there Tae was quick and it wasn’t as painful. I’ve been going back ever since. Plus the small gifts at the end of waxing puts the icing on the cake 10/10 most definitely recommend.

Horrible eyelash job

I went here to get my eyelashes done and was very disappointed! The lady used excessive black glue on my eyelashes and it was so much black glue that I had a thick layer of it sitting on my eyelid. My eyelashes looked horrible and I wind up taking them off when I got home. After I took them off I had a scar and some scabbing from when I removed the eyelashes and all the excessive think layer of black glue that the lady put on my eyelashes. I am assuming this could have been the cause of the emptiness of customers in the shop due to this type of unprofessional behavior.

I got a brazilian and henna done. The wax was great but the henna was terrible. I can tell the lady was rushing while she was gossiping with her colleague about black women wearing weaves, lashes, and makeup. It was very uncomfortable to sit and listen to this while getting my henna done and then it not even being good. It was disrespectful and rude, should probably remain from gossip at least while clients are sitting directly in front of you!

Tae was patient, wonderful and professional despite my initial apprehension and nervousness with getting my eyebrows waxed as I usually get them threaded. She made the remarkable feat of taming my brows and my lashes are lovely. Thanks Tae!

Vajacial

I went in for a vajacial and requested extra focus on extractions of the inner thigh area. I have large thighs that rub together and cause excessive clogged pores and blackheads. I was made aware before the treatment that there would be an incredibly reasonably priced upcharge for the added focus on extractions. She was very thorough. I am so pleased with the results. If you suffer from ingrowns, clogged pores, blackheads, etc. in the bikini area GO GET A VAJACIAL at Magical Waxing Dunwoody!

It’s Magical for sure!

Kayra did my eyebrows today. I told her to keep them thick and long but still give them shape and she did just that! I love my eyebrows I’m so happy I gave them a chance.
