    UTB! Ultimately The Best

    Having not stepped into a gym for some time I must admit it felt a little daunting. However I needn’t have worried as Dene was so welcoming; he guided me through each session keeping a close eye on my form & knew just how far to push me to ensure I was working at my best. It’s only been three weeks however I am already noticing changes for the positive. I’m looking forward to continuing my gym journey at UBT!

    UTB! Ultimately The Best

    Having not stepped into a gym for some time I must admit it felt a little daunting. However I needn’t have worried as Dene was so welcoming; he guided me through each session keeping a close eye on my form & knew just how far to push me to ensure I was working at my best. It’s only been three weeks however I am already noticing changes for the positive. I’m looking forward to continuing my gym journey at UBT!

    Keeping it real.

    Loving the UBT process and challenge, I've been meandering around a gym for years, but now I have a solid programme, I'm accountable and challenged. Great PTs and awesome gym capped off with a progressive personalised programme. Loving it and highly recommend it to All.
