All appointments must be booked through site and confirmed!DUE TO COVID-19 ONLY PERSON BEING SERVICED ALLOWED IN THE SHOP NO EXTRA PEOPLE (This includes children appointments) Deposit- Each service requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the balance at the time of booking. Please note that if you miss your appointment or cancel at any time, the deposit will not be applied to future appointments. You must send the deposit through CashApp: $imanii233 Appointments made without a deposit within 1hr will be deleted! If rescheduling is needed, you must reschedule 48 hrs in advance for the deposit to roll over with that appt. Rescheduling less than 48 hours of your appt will result in you loosing the deposit and having to apply a new one. Deposit it NON REFUNDABLE ‼️Guest Policy: Only ONE adult allowed when servicing children, Absolutely NO extra guests besides that unless they’re getting serviced as well. If guests are brought, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment!Hair prep: Natural hair must be clean & shampooed. Do NOT flat iron hair. There will be a $5 up charge if a blow out is necessary. Hair must be made free of all oils & leave in conditioners. Dirty hair, matted, or tangled hair will result to client being turned away.Children services: Age range 6m-11 ONE guardian allowed otherwise please DROP OFF & pickup. Child must be able to sit by themselves. The same guardian is to pick up the child after the service is rendered. If I am NOT notified of a different pickup, the child will NOT be released due to safety reasons. To be serviced in a timely manner, I ask that you be on time. 10 minutes late is a mandatory $20 late fee. More than 20 minutes late you’re appointment will be cancelled immediately. I’m aware that things do happen, so it’s best to leave out in a timely manner to avoid getting turned around.If you drop off your child I will contact you 30 minutes before I am finished. A $15 Fee will be required every 15 minutes you are late picking up your child.COVID-19: EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK!! IF YOU ARE SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK! CONTINUOUSLY COUGHING, SNEEZING, A RUNNY NOSE, SORE THROAT, FEVER, ETC. THAT IS CONSIDERED ILL! DO NOT SHOW UP.
