In these sessions, we evaluate the action of the remedies, work with beliefs or strong emotions that are still stuck, and plan the next course of action. Follow-ups can be done weekly to keep your process moving in a strong forward direction, however often we do not give a remedy every session.

Tax included in price. Organs can get stuck together and restricted the same way that muscles can get knotted up and tight! I begin the session by listening closely to where the body is wrapping itself around physical or emotional restrictions in the abdomen and pelvis. I then use a series of gentle techniques to release the stuck areas and help return the organs to balance and function. Often people experience relief from symptoms that they thought were related to muscles, their back, or an undiagnosed disease. This gentle yet powerful hands-on approach involves working with the client’s body in many different positions, including seated, side-lying, and face-up on the massage table. I strongly recommend wearing comfortable shorts or pants that can be pulled down to the pubic bone, as well as a sports bra or something similar for women.

Tax included in price. This light yet powerful work helps release restrictions in the soft tissues of the brain and spinal cord, as well as the related tissues. It also works with emotions and memories patterned into the body and nervous system and helps them gently release. I often use tools such as dialoguing work to help you access the deeper knowledge of the body so you can find clarity and heal. I was trained through the Upledger Institute, and have found this work to help people recover from a variety of complaints, including anxiety, headaches, back pain, and sleep problems.

If you are struggling with your statements, identifying a specific "event" to work on, or are not feeling your intensity drop during your tapping sessions, this is the perfect place to refine your own skills so you can work with ease.

I would like the conversation to be fairly free-flowing, but focused on the following questions/ideas: Reflect on your experience with touch before and during the quarantine period. What changed, if anything? What did you like/dislike/miss? How did it change your life at home, work, or with friends? As we reopen and begin seeing others in person again, what do you want physical contact to look like? What comes up for you (fears, concerns, reactions, etc.) as you consider doing that? How do you want to communicate with others about your desires/needs around physical contact? What would be the most respectful way someone could approach you/ask you before touching you?
