very troublesome management

I told my representative to buy FOMEMA for my new maid, I was surprised, my representative said I have to wait two weeks if I want to buy online quickly. So talk to my representative, help me buy online, so my representative asked me for my code, I don't even remember my code. So I asked Please again, my representative asked for the FOMEMA code, but FOMEMA can't be given only to employers, ok, I understand, I said the same as my representative, if you give me a letter of authority to ask for the code, my representative can say no. There are only two options. FOMEMA or ask near livechat so I don't have time to deal with stupid things like this, I said the same representative, I just bought it, it's okay, I can wait two weeks, I want to close the last two weeks, my representative called, said the clinic is full, very stupid, very, very stupid management. I have to find a new clinic and I have to schedule a return I have a holiday I really don't understand why FOMEMA is like this A big company but the management is very stupid And slo w Troublesome I hope FOMEMA can correct and give to pleasure

Tak dapat call

Appointment saya pada pukul 11-11.30 tapi sampai ke ptg saya masih x dapat call dari pihak fomema

Phone appointment not working

Appointment by phone but no one from fomema called. However the whatapps service works. Got prompt response and able to get all changes to my maid's pasport done. Good job. Formema

.1. WhatsApp & live chat service was excellent. 2. Fomema website quite slow, some info , like Doctor availability sector always cannot be seen.. 3..Johor Bahru/ Setia Tropical new office location is excellent. 4. Counter process faster than before. 5. Medical examination registration respond was super fast. Very satisfied.

Chat Not Working and no phone number to call

Chat is not working. Nobody respond to chat during office hours. Cannot find a phone number to clarify simple process of renewing maid work permit. Need to book for someone to call is so inconvenient. I don't like Fomema service. I would prefer to give no star for service.

Went to shah alam branch yesterday, and i got their email this morning, now i can proceed to medical examination at selected clinic. Thank u very much! Hopefully next year we can register via online

telefon branch jb tak jawab. dah booking call pun masih tidak di jawab. emel minta borang daftar fomema pun masih belum diterima. hantar borang di branch jb. kata akan di emel borang nya. tapi dari 21hb nov 2021 sampai 3phb nov 2021 tiada lagi terima emel
