Speed & Agility Training
A friend of mine referred me to Coach. My son had a good time and we will be back! Main thing my son said was he could actually feel his muscles working vs when he has football and track workouts at school. Class size is small so it’s like your getting a one on one session.

Intense Circuit Training was very impressive!
The interval training was more than I expected and my 9 year old enjoyed the motivation given by the coaches. Top of the line equipment and timers to keep the kids and drills moving. This will become our Sunday routine.
