Unorganized

The clinic advertise they cater flexicare. The patient went and was advised that the doctor on duty is not accredited. Thus, a waste of time.

Update your system.

No one text me that the doctor is not coming. Waste of time for me. So the other doctor that I also booked for appointment unfortunately didn't hold her clinic anymore, so I told her why is it still on your website. Remove the booked online appointment if you can't monitor properly

They just texted me that the doctor resigned. They did not give me any new schedule or even informed me if there was another doctor available.. Pangit ng services. Tinext lang parang di propesyunal.

Traumatic

Nakaka trauma. they will make an appointment for you then suddenly hindi pala darating ang doktor. Parang hinid ppropesyonal mga doktor. twice na nangyari ito sa akin. lagi na lang may problema sa mga doktor. Lagi na lang may biglaang importanteng pangyayari. Ang mga pasyente kaya magpupunta diyan ay para magkonsulta sa kanyang sakit na nararamdaman, hindi pa ba sapat na dahilan iyan para sabihing importante din naman ang mga pasyente ninyo para balewalain ng mga doktor ninyo?

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, that's why I keep returning. However, I hope you'll improve on your PA system, since there were times that the announcement was not clear.
