Worst Tax preparation company I have ever come across and I have been filing sine 1990.

J& J tax services is not has not displayed any professionalism. I made an appointment Monday 2/13/23 after 530pm . Called at 600pm said I was on my way. She canceled saying she stop working at 630 to attend to her kids. After waiting 1 week for my appointment which was as she stated next available date. I submitted my information friday2/17/23. Texted 4 times since then no response, called 5x straight to tired ass voice mail. Called to today 2/27/23 call was forwarded. So I texted Please disgaurd all my tax information, I will be taking my business elsewhere. She had the audacity to respond back promptly with a thumbs up. SMH, ATAB. J&J TAX SERVICES YALL SUCK, I WOULDN'T REFER YOU TO MY WORT ENEMY.
