The Marina Clubhouse at Lake Olympia is an exclusive venue for residents, perfect for hosting events of up to 140 guests. The total cost is $1,450, which breaks down as follows: $500 refundable deposit to secure your date $950 rental fee due six weeks before the event $500 for 4-hour rental $100 for prep time $250 for cleaning $100 for setup Optional add-ons: Additional hour: $50 Sitting room: $75 Security fees are required two weeks prior and depend on event size and alcohol use. Officers are typically $50–$60 per hour. The venue includes tables and chairs, with staff available to assist with setup. Reservations are available seven days a week (some exceptions may apply).
