Hola! It's your friendly neighbourhood eyelash tech! I am a home based, qualified Lash Technician so you will receive the Location for your appointment post booking.Here are some house rules to familiarise yourself with before your appointment With Luv... Covid procedures: Please arrive with a mask otherwise a mask will be provided with a £1 charge. Blankets will not be provided so please bring your ownPlus ones will not be allowed in to the Lash Studio. Appointments: Full payment must be made 24 hours before lash appointment via bank transfer. A payment request will be sent to you a day after your booking. 24hr notice emergency appointments are available at a £10 extra charge upon request. DM @WithLuv_x on Instagram. If you arrive later than 10 mins without notice, a late fee of £5 will be added to your booking. If you are more than 15 mins late and I have not been informed, your booking will be cancelled. Friday Evening Premium slots (5pm onwards) are available upon request for an extra fee of £5. Please ensure your Lashes are cleans (unless you have booked a Lash Bath) otherwise your appointment may be cancelled. If an emergency Lash Bath is required, there is no guarantee that you will receive a complete service. If the appointment cannot go ahead you will incur a 30% charge. Ensure that any cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance otherwise your deposit will not be returned.Patch tests: If you desire a patch test, please ensure you contact me via Instagram or email for one at least 24 hours before your actual appointment.Infills: Infills can only be done on sets applied by With Luv. Bookings will not be accepted for any appointments exceeding 4 weeks of a previous appointment or the loss of more than 50% of lashes (whichever comes first). You will be charged for a full set.Aftercare: Full sets last roughly 2/3 weeks. For the longevity of your lashes it is important to care for them properly Do not get your lashes wet for AT LEAST 24 HOURS after your appointment. Also avoiding immediate exposure to steam and excessive gym workouts within 48 hours. Brush your lashes daily with the spoolie provided. Avoid oil-based products around your eyes at all cost as oil breaks down the bonds in the adhesive. Do not use any mascara on your lashes. We can't wait to see you at your Lash appointment!
