Our compassionate and knowledgeable instructor Sophie is dedicated to your growth and well-being, creating a community built on the values of compassion and shared growth.
Sophie is a certified Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer equipped with high levels of functional movement & anatomy training. Having embarked on her teaching journey in 2017 following a successful career as a professional dancer, she remains a dedicated student, continuously enriching her knowledge in Yoga and life. Sophie is currently pursuing a counselling diploma alongside her ongoing qualification as a Therapeutic Specialist.
Sophie is registered with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity & Yoga Alliance.
The focal point of Sophie’s work revolves around private clients, placing a specialised emphasis on mental health, athletes, and teens. Her teachings extend beyond the mat, delving into the heart of well-being for everyday practical use.

The coaching represents the support and preparation outside of sessions as well as the sessions themselves.
Our training session is valuable and I ask that you respect this by giving me notice of 24 hours prior to any designated session if you are going to be unable to attend. This will allow other clients to book in and allow me sufficient time to plan accordingly. Failure to do so may result in sessions being lost. If you need to reschedule a session, the quickest way to do so is via the booking system.
