Paint Pot is a ‘Paint Your Own’ Pottery Studio and Craft Shop nestled in the Swan Courtyard, just off Castle Street in Clitheroe, Lancashire. We are the ideal place to express your imagination and to produce a piece of pottery that is truly individual.
We also offer a range of craft supplies and services for people of all ages to express their creativity.

Clay Imprint Specialist
Our clay imprints are a lovely way to capture those little fingers and toes and create beautiful gifts and keepsakes. We can capture sibling prints and even dog paw prints.
Our clay imprint service is a private session and not something we can currently offer as part of our general painting sessions.
Our staff will wear a mask and disposable gloves and the whole process will last no longer than a few minutes.
Our imprints start from £35 unframed and £65 framed.
We are able to capture additional prints on pottery during this session but not general painting so any artwork will need to be carried out by a team after the appointment.

Pottery painting is great fun for all ages and absolutely no experience is required.
Simply choose your items on the day and enjoy getting creative. We have over 100 items to choose from. After your session, you leave your works of art with us to glaze and fire for you. They will be ready to collect 5-7 days later.
Hot and cold drinks, waffles, milkshakes, ice-cream and cakes are all available to purchase on your visit.
Clay Imprints For Babies / Siblings / Dogs

Capture your baby / children's hand and footprints in clay and have them beautifully framed (optional). Once the prints are captured, they are left to dry for 3 weeks, before we fire them for the 1st time. Once fired, we paint them with a colou

The process is simple and the clay is safe to use on babies.

Bring a bottle and enjoy a relaxing evening getting arty, over a glass of vino.£5 secures your place and will be deducted off the price of what you choose to paint on the night.Our adults only evenings are always great fun and a chance to both catch

All pots are glazed and fired white (included in the ticket price) If you wish to ‘paint your own’ we will provide everything for a paint at home kit, there is an additional £5 charge for this which is payable when you collect your pot and kit.
Booking is essential as places are limited:
