Bettering the community by introducing people to martial arts, while preserving and studying traditional kung fu methods.Lessons are by appointment only. I have taught for roughly 8 years, and teaching Pak Mei primarily for the better part of 3 and a half years now.I invite you to enter TheLab, and practice the pugilistic arts of the Pak Mei Kung Fu Physical Institute. ...TheLab is a state of mind, critical analysis, research, and self-exploration/experimentation regarding combat arts, meditation practices, and empowered lifestyles. Combat Arts is a non-preferential term, that encompasses traditional martial arts, combat sports, and the physical training required of such practices.
