Service needs work

The actual bath and nail trimming/ caps were great. However, the driver always arrives way too early. This time was ok because my family were home. But normally we plan ahead according to the exact time slot provided by PET HUB at the time of booking. So we would appreciate it if the driver stuck to the booking time. Another issue was that I prepaid for cat litter and it was out of stock. No one has reached out or answered my messages regarding a refund, which is irresponsible and unprofessional.
