During a consultation, I will not only examine your body, but will also take an extensive personal and medical history, including questions about daily diet, profession and working conditions, exercise routines, relationships, and mental health. We will determine your primary  doshic constitution and doshic imbalances using Ayurvedic questionnaires and techniques such as pulse reading and tongue diagnosis. Your outmost honesty and participation is very important during this process. We will work together to compose an achievable dietary and lifestyle plan. I may also prescribe the use of herbal supplements as well as Ayurvedic Treatments that are beneficial to the particular imbalance.  You will be responsible for following the protocol as closely as possible so my goal is to make a smooth transition and to make your homework be something you look forward to. Full body treatment and Steam bath

An abundant amount of warm oil is applied to the body in deep, long and circular strokes, This technique application allows the herbal oil to penetrate deep into the tissues loosening toxins at a cellular level. 

After the massage, Swedana, sudation theraphy is done by steam tent for 10 minutes to assist in further cleansing of the body and tissue

Abhyanga nourishes the entire body and decreases the effects of aging.

Imparts muscle tone and vigor to the dhatus (tissues) of the body, lubricates the joints as well as increases circulation. This helps stimulate the internal organs of the body resulting in elimination of impurities from the body.

Reiki is a japanese form of energy healing and a type of alternative therapy founded by Mikao Usui a little over 100 years ago. The word reiki translates to “universal life energy”. It can be done with or without touch and available in person or remotely. Reiki is beneficial to the whole person on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels and is often used as alternative therapy.  

In this treatment, I will be channeling Reiki into your body and intuitively following its guidance. It will work through you in its own way reminding you of your innate quality and meeting your pure essential self. Everybody’s experiences will be as unique as the person experiencing and depends on the level at which a person opens up to the energy and allows it to work. I will be using crystal stones and sound healing tones during the session

Wood Theraphy or maderoterapia is a non-invasive body sculpting technique popular in South America. It employs the use of wooden tools to facilitate circulation in the problem area. The wooden block helps to stimulate and dislodge fat deposits, soften scar tissues, which are then directed into the lymphatic system for processing.

It is recommended to not eat 2 hours before and 2 hours after the session. It is important to drink plenty of water to hydrate and facilitate cleansing after the treatment. Avoid gluten and fried foods to have better results.
