Never again

First time going here. I got individual lashes and brow tint. First of all, the lady talked my whole appointment. Spitting in my face with her smelly breath. Yuck. They all should wear masks when working that closely to someone. . She used so much glue on my lashes, they were so clumped together and stiff. It hurt to blink. She was rushing. I took them off soon as I got home. As for the brow tint, I did not like the shape. Will not go back. I was also charged more than the price I booked online.

Souno was quick, thorough, and somehow made the whole process way less painful than I expected. The results were flawless smooth, clean, and no irritation afterwards. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really knows what she’s doing.

Was in desperate need of a Wax. It's been over a year. Was unaware of booking appointments online. Very easy and made appointment for the 15th at 10am. Miz was very knowledge and share which Wax I need and would be better for me. The customer service was top tier. Things has changed since thrblast time I was in. Welcomed all the changes and will for sure be back to see Miz.

Great work! But...

Each time I've visited I have scheduled an appointment online. I have never been seated at my appointment time. Granted, the work is very well done; and, I will visit again. However, I work and I am strategic about scheduling. It's unpredictable. Today, 1/27/25 I had an appointment at 11am. When I arrived the location was not even open. Two customers walked in and I was told that the other customer was a 'regular' (1st). My point: remove the time from the online options. So, my 11am scheduled appointment did not begin until 11:35.

Will not go back

I will not go to the Jonesboro location no more each time it’s always something. Walk it to do eye which is a ten min service she states she she took her last customer But the place close at 8pm

Eyebrow threading and Facial

Best Wax Ever

This was maybe my 4th Brazilian (ever in life) and it was the least painful experience I've ever had. I also had my first vajacial today. Very professional, informative, and relaxing session.
