Relax & Revive Therapies is run by Elaine who is a Holistic Therapist. Elaine is currently a Level 2 Practitioner in Reiki. She is also undertaking ongoing training to build her skill set and the therapies she offers. Reiki is an alternative therapy based on energy healing. During a treatment energy transfers from the therapist to the client which can help improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
