a proud Majorcan cook and Soqueta Experiences owner, I have deep love for my island’s rich culinary heritage. As a local insider and food traveler, I explore the world through its flavors and traditions. I’m passionate about people—their cultures, histories, and unique ways of living. I believe that food is a universal language that brings us all together. To truly immerse yourself in a culture, you need to eat, smell, and cook its food. Once we've gathered everything we need, we’ll head back to Soqueta, where we’ll cook up traditional island recipes passed down through my family.
