The best experience

I would highly recommend The Bridal Lounge. From the moment I entered the shop, I was made to feel at home. I felt very comfortable and at ease. There was no pressure at all for Helen to buy anything. Helen offered us a wide selection of drinks before allowing my mum, mother in law to be and I to browse through the dresses. She had a lot of patience with me and constantly checked in with how I was feeling. Helen encouraged me to try lots of different styles and provided lots of amazing advice! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was everything I imagined and more. Thank you, Helen for helping me step out of my comfort zone and for finding my the most beautiful dress!

Amazing Service

With only 2 months to go to my wedding my wedding dress was completely ruined by seamstress . I phoned Helen who made me an appointment to go into shop,as soon as I entered the shop I was made to feel at ease .Helen was so understanding of situation and thanks to all her help I now have a new wedding dress which is so much better than my original choice .Cannot recommend the bridal lounge and Helen enough .Thanks for saving my day

Hidden gem!

Thank you Helen for such a personal experience. Beautiful shop, the small touches didn’t go unnoticed and you really do have the right balance of perspective for us brides. Your no pressure approach made me feel at ease. You are so welcoming and genuine and this is rare these days. I’m excited to wear my beautiful dress and have you to thank for making it possible. The best bridal shop in the country

From the moment I received a text from Helen confirming my appointment, to the moment I walked through the bridal lounges door and even after I left and got home I felt so special. The personal service you receive is second to none. Helen is the loveliest person. So genuine and knowledgeable. It felt like she was a friend helping me find my dress. My jaw ached from smiling so much. I said 'yes' to my dream dress and felt like an absolute princess. My bridal party also felt so comfortable and loved the whole experience! Helen is a wonderful person with a fabulous selection of dresses and a fun appointment! If you're looking for a wedding dress book your appointment. I travelled to visit and it was so worth it. I would highly recommend to any and all who want a wedding dress! Thank you again for everything!

A lovely experience with Helen

Made comfortable throughout

Helen was amazing from start to finish, was very knowledgeable about dresses and brides to be. Before attending my appointment I was very nervous, as I’m not a slim bride to be but Helen was compassionate and put me at ease the second I walked through the door. Thanks to Helen I have found my dream dress and I feel absolutely beautiful in it, looking forward to my wedding day now even more after finding this dress and it’s all thanks to Helen xx

Very welcoming

Helen was very kind and welcoming. There was no pressure and the atmosphere was lovely. Unfortunately I didn't find the dress but I would definitely book another appointment.

I can't thank Helen enough for the experience and help with me finding my perfect bridal gown..put this shop on the top of your list ladies you won't be disappointed.beautiful interior.huge selection of bridal gowns.but most of all the owner Helen makes you feel at ease .is extremely helpful with finding what suits you best.doesnt push a sale onto you.offers suggestions without pressure she makes sure you find the dress which is perfect for you.why go elsewhere when this has everything you need.i didn't even consider going to another shop I just knew that I had found the perfect dress for me straight away.definatly try this shop bride's I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.i was dreading this part of organising your wedding but ended up having the most wonderful time.

Wedding Dress Appointment.

Going to the bridal lounge was my first time ever stepping foot inside a bridal shop. Helen was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked into the shop all the nerves I had instantly went away. From the welcome sign on my arrival, to the offer of refreshments and the knowledge Helen had on the dresses was second to none.
