Hey Guys and Gals! TheGraciousLook is a travelling based Hair and Makeup service, We come to you! We are based in South London but you can enquire if we can travel to you! All enquiries can be made through Instagram, Facebook or Email. COVID-19: IF YOU ARE SICK OR EXPERIENCING THE SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.Health and safety precautions:Hands of all clients must be washed at my arrival following the government guidelines. Masks MUST be worn by all clients following the governments' guidelines will be washing my hands before, during and after all appointments. I will be wearing a disposable face mask during all appointments.ALL Tools and pieces of equipment used by TheGraciousLook will be sanitised and thoroughly cleaned daily with disinfectant. Purchasing HairIf you would like the hair to purchased for the appointment please send me a message on Instagram, Facebook or by Email BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT, and further conversations and payments can be arranged. if not the appointment will be cancelled. Hair Colouring ServicesTheGraciousLook does do hair colouring on bundles and frontals/mini frontals/closures but prices vary depending on the length of hair provided. If bright colours(bright pink/blues/reds etc) are required please purchase 613 hair, if otherwise (brown/auburn/burgundy/black etc) purchase quality virgin/Remy hair (Message or Email for more info). MeasurementsFor all wig services (Frontal, Mini frontal and Closure) measurements of the circumference of the head and from ear to ear (behind head) should be supplied for a better fitting wig, if unclear this can be done at hair drop off/collection.Hair drop off/pick up of Wig Construction Hair must be received by post or drop off a minimum 5 days before frontal/closure appointment. Please ensure to put the name used to book the appointment with your hair. This can be done by placing a paper with your name within or (stuck) on the packaging that came with the hair. Please message or email TheGraciousLook immediately after booking to choose a mode of transfer (post, drop off or pick up) for hair.In compliance with the governments social distancing rules, hair can be left on the porch, outside the main door or posted through the letterbox for drop off or collection.Hair drop off/pick up of Extensions for Braids/CrotchetExtensions must be dropped off Minimum 2 days before braid/crotchet appointment to ensure all hair is prepped for the appointment. Please message or email TheGraciousLook immediately after booking to choose a mode of transfer (post, drop off or pick up) for hair.In compliance with the governments social distancing rules, hair can be left on the porch, outside the main door or posted through the letterbox for drop off or collection.Appointment day Preparation Cornrows are free with all wig installations but flat cornrows are also acceptable. With all hair appointments in which the client's natural hair is to be done, Hair should be washed and blowdried. Further blow-drying may be required on the day if not heat must be used contact TheGraciousLook for further instructions or advice. If your hair is still wet or dirty a fee of £7 will be added to final charges. Wig installationsWhen installing a wig Bold hold and Rubbing alcohol (for removal of Bold Hold) is used, if this will be a problem please contact me when or before making the appointment. A patch test can be made on drop off/collection day.
