Coach NewtonI played professional basketball for 6 years internationally in various countries (Israel, India, Mexico, Luxembourg, Ireland). While playing professionally I trained, hosted clinics and directed youth sports events. Once I retired, I immediately started coaching. I wanted to transfer my experience and knowledge into teaching. I have had amazing opportunities to work with some incredible players ranging from five years old to veteran NBA athletes. My mission is to help develop athletes on and off the court. I always strive to be the coach that I wanted when I was an athlete.TrainSmarter Basketball Academy is a skill focused basketball academy helping players develop overall skill.
