Overview: This module uncovers the variables associated with effective leadership in the work environment. By introducing the trainee to the skills necessary for productive leadership, the module encourages critical thinking about future job prospects and management strategies.

Strategies for Building Leadership: In this category students will learn skills in conflict resolution, mediation, critical thinking, delegation, initiative, and discipline. These basic categorical values exhibit high leadership potential and continually indicate promotion potential in managerial reviews. 

Leadership Styles: As a basic approach to leadership, students will be asked to evaluate their preference in managerial styles by discussing the spectrum between authoritarian and laisses-faire philosophy. This category better enables students to critically think about their choice in employer when researching, interviewing, and deciding on career prospects. 

Leadership Approaches: As trainees develop their workplace hard skills opportunities will arise requiring leadership. This category prepares the student by developing skills in various approaches to delegating tasks, handling conflict, and making efficient decisions for employees. 

Overview: In this module the student is prepared for the task of job searching. Using techniques guided by industry experts, the trainee will learn skills in resume building, branding, professional networking strategies, and interviewing. At the conclusion of this module the candidate will be prepared for entering the workforce as a prime prospect in their career.

Portfolio: This section teaches skills in cover letter and resume composition using technical communication strategies to ensure that a students' portfolio rises to the top of the pile. This section includes coaching on resume bolstering, including internships and volunteer work options. 

Personal Branding: One of the most important things a student can do is learn how to generate awareness of their skill set and present themselves in a professional manner before potential employers. This lesson discusses strategies in personal branding including; attire, elevator pitch presentations, and professional introductions.

Interviewing: Many candidates present themselves well on paper, but it's the one that can show how their personality benefits the organization that gets the job. This lesson discusses strategies using verbal and non-verbal techniques to engage the interviewer and remain memorable in a competitive career field. 

Networking: The digital age has opened up doors that once never existed. Yet the advent of technology also introduces a new set of rules for career development. This lesson will discuss the use of professional social media networking as well as professional conferences that trainees need to be present for. This course distinctively highlights the need to create, update, and maintain a LinkedIn account. 

Overview: The need for students to have basic technology skills for the work environment is paramount. This module discusses use of computer-based technologies including spreadsheet data organizing, word processing software, email composition, and data preservation. Using items like a jump-drive and research techniques are also integrated into the module. 

Overview: This is a personal coaching session where students may set up and appointment to review career options, work on resume composition, cover letters, or even take professional counseling assessments to help them navigate their future with ease and confidence.
