Booking your slotPlease use this site to book you delivery and collection time slot for Stella Live 2019. Please note that each stand can request one delivery and collection time, additional times will need to be negotiated with the events logistics team on info@wscreativesolutions.co.uk.AccessibilityThere is access provided from the King's Road into the Venue and additional ramps are available on request. Within the Venue there are access lifts to each floor and various other accessibility functions throughout the building. Please ask the Event Manager for further information if required.Goods EntranceSaatchi Gallery Goods Entrance Turk's RowLondon SW3 4RYThe access point for deliveries and collections is via the Turk's Row entrance at the rear of the building. From Sloane Square, take a left down Lower Sloane Street then take the first road on the right into Turk's Row. The goods entrance is the first entrance on the right.On arrival at the goods entrance you will be checked in and directed to the Saatchi Gallery loading bay (the last bay on the left) at the rear of the Venue. There will be security awaiting your arrival to approve your VRN (Vehicle Registration Number) and to notify your Event Manager of your arrival.All vehicles waiting to enter the service yard must not circulate or park within a quarter mile radius of the venue, including Sloane Court East or Cheltenham Terrace.
