4.) I live or work in close proximity with other people (e.g. workplace, school, homeless shelter, assisted living facility)

You MUST bring your health insurance and ID card with you.

PCR testing is considered the “gold standard” in COVID-19 detection. This test can detect the virus within days of infection, even those who have no symptoms.

This test utilizes the Accula Rapid PCR and you can generally expect results in under 2 hours.

This test has not been FDA cleared or approved but has been authorized for emergency use by the FDA for use by laboratories certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) of 1988, 42 U.S.C. §263a, that meet requirements to perform high, moderate, or waived complexity tests. The test is authorized for use at the Point of Care (POC), i.e., in patient care settings operating under a CLIA Certificate of Waiver, Certificate of Compliance, or Certificate of Accreditation. This test has been authorized only for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens. The emergency use of this test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the declaration is terminated or authorization is revoked sooner. 

Rapid Antigen is best suited for individuals experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection. This test delivers quick results but is not as accurate as a PCR test.

Expect emailed results within 30 minutes of collection. Many countries DO NOT accept a rapid antigen test and require an RT-PCR test. Please check your requirements.

This test utilizes the LifeSign Status Strep A Test. This is a rapid immunochromatographic assay for the detection of group A streptococcal antigen directly from throat swab specimens. You can expect emailed results within 30 minutes.

This test utilizes the LifeSign Status Flu A&B. This a rapid qualitative test that detects Influenza Type A, Type B antigens directly from an anterior nasal swab. 

For COVID-19:

This test utilizes the Accula Rapid PCR and you can generally expect results in under 2 hours.
