Meet and Greet
We had our Meet & Greet Session today. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and spacious. Constructive feedback: I was unprepared for the 1 day only promotional offers that were shared with me today. Many families need time to budget accordingly and are not able to cover the cost of your services without advance notice. I love my dogs and would do anything for them, however, consideration and thought is needed to make sure customers are fully informed and have enough time to consider options in accordance with their financial situation. Additionally, I would love to see more innovative ideas (service, pricing, flexibility) for families of multiple dogs. At the end of the day, my dogs were happy, well cared for and exhausted. That makes for a successful day in my book!

First day Orientation
From the minute walking in, to meeting the friendly staff at the front desk everything was exceptional. Dogtopia is honestly a 5 star resort for dogs. The facility is beyond clean and all the equipment and play areas are top of the line.
