When we are experiencing any of the above, it indicates a lack of ease in our body which can also put a lot of pressure, toxicity and weight on our nervous system: which in turns impacts our digestive system and system. 

In this work, we are integrating the burdens of the body along with the burdens of emotions and life path that has been carried generationally in order to allow you to heal and walk a path of deep transformation to reclaim your personal life path. 

In this approach we may use the following: 

1. Trauma-Informed Movement:

Movement from Yoga-Based principles and Dance that feels safe, intuitive and connected to your body's story.

2. Gentle Touch Therapy (In-Person): 

Gentle touching that allows for your nervous system to be co-regulated with the nervous system of your therapist. This helps your body move into safety especially if it has not been able to access safety easily.

3. Family Constellation Therapy

With this approach, we will be processing the emotional ties, cords and bonds with people in your family tree that are impacting how your life is being lived out and are impacting the ease of your nervous system. This approach helps you disentangle from the fate and feelings of family members and possible unprocessed trauma within your family lineage.

A one-on-one Supervision Support for Professionals in the field of psychology, counselling, medicine, social work, experiential therapists, education therapy and other professionals working to support mental and emotional health in various settings. 

Supervision is provided based on a Trauma-Informed Model of Practice, Family & Systemic Thinking, Intergenerational trauma healing and Integrating the body into therapy.

4. Feeling Safe to Invite Intimacy and Relationality

Who is This For?

A. Women who wishes to regain ease, safety and confidence to feel feminine and sexual again 

B. Mothers who wishes to regain love and connection for your body again

C. Women recovering from Sexual Trauma and keen to rebuild love, safety and find joy in being with your body in a safe space. 

D. Women who are keen to develop a more intimate and relational space with your partner

This is a Trauma-Informed Coaching Session which will be tailored to your pace and ease. The goals are co-designed and the facilitator is here to support your unique growth story in being an empowered and relational sexual person.

In these therapy sessions, Children & Adolescents are invited into a deeper connection with their emotions, core feelings, social & family dynamics that have been presenting as a point of confusion or difficulty in their lives. Through t Experiencing themselves in a new way through Experiential Play, Mind-Body Exercises and Recognition of Feelings, young people who complete these therapeutic sessions typically find long-term relief, solutions and inner shifts that directly affect their outer behaviour and presentation in a positive way. 

I work with young people (and in most sessions with the involvement of their parents) through:
