By request from attendees, opening my Thursday class to receive my guidance of Yoga Nidra while floating in pool. Surrounded by mother nature, waterfall and the energy of Four Peaks you will experience the ultimate pairing of meditation with sound bath of crystal bowls, gong and Ocean drum ~

Limited space, outside poolside and in pool event. Bring your own pool float or reserve one first come first serve. Chairs are available if prefer not to go in water. Arrive with swim suit underclothes/cover up. Bring your own towel and water bottle.
