Personalized swimming lessons and technique training for swimmers of all ages. Lessons individualized to each students goals and needs. All lessons will be taught in the indoor pool at the Payette Swimming Pool.I have over 14 years of swimming lesson experience, teaching everything from Mommy& Me intro to water to collegiate swimmers and triathletes. I was a competitive swimmer until I moved to Payette, I no longer had a local team to participate with. I have coached USA Swim Team, Masters Swim Team, technical training of competitive swimmers and triathletes. I have my bachelors degree in exercise physiology with a minor in wellness and nutrition. I am very passionate about the benefits all around of swimming and remaining active.I have worked with many students that have special needs, some physical limitations but many with ADD, ADHD and autism. Some times it takes a little more patience and creativity but everyone deserves an opportunity to learn to swim.First and foremost...I am a Mom, I have 2 school aged children. In the summer you can find us swimming, hiking and playing outside or wandering around my garden.If current schedule offerings don't meet your schedule please don't hesitate to reach out to work out a time. There are some other times available in limited supply. I offer a cash discount on all lessons. Return check fee of $35, all checks must clear prior to beginning of lessons. Payments for lessons can be made via venmo, paypal, cashapp or square. Please see email for payment links.
