Children & Mothers are connected with a special cord & we know when something is just not right so I invite you to use that mothers intuition with this. 

It's true kids may hardly sit still but that doesn't mean the power of reiki is not working in fact children & babies are like sponges & normally only need 30 minuets for a session. (Caregiver must be present during session)

What is Access Bars® ?

Access Bars® is an amazing treatment that involves gently touching 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that is stopping you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points contain all the thoughts, idea's beliefs, emotions and considerations you have stored. This is an opportunity for you to let of of everything!

The brain waves slow down when you get your Bars run allowing behavioural patterns, belief systems and points of view that you have been running from childhood or from other lifetimes to be accessed, You actually start to become more present in your life and the past doesn't project into your future the same way.

Science tells us that the shape of your cells actually become more elliptical when they are influenced by thoughts, feelings, and emotions, which is the first step to dis-ease. When you get your Bars run it unlocks this impact on the cells allowing the cells to return to their more spherical shape facilitating more ease in the body.

What dose getting your Bars run feel like?

Having your "Bars run" (receiving a session) is releasing and peaceful; imagine the after-effects of a great massage or walking in nature.

At worst, you feel like you have just had a phenomenal massage, At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease.

When an Access Bars® practitioner touches the bars on a person's head, the electrical charge in the brain which holds these fabricated judgements is dispersed (i.e the juke files deleted!) Patterns and "Programs" we've taken on cause us to react to life on autopilot, with unconscious resistance to the very experiences we most long for. Reiki for Postpartum Care!!

Being a mum to a new-born is one of the most precious moment in life but that dose not make it any less tiring, all the broken sleep & hours of feeding can start to take its toll if your not making time to reboot your own Mumma energy.  

Postpartum is a time of healing for mothers as birth opens mothers physically & energetically which can feel very vulnerable. Receiving Reiki is 100% Safe, it will not hurt & can provide relief by sending revitalising energy to both Mamma & little one, it can help strengthen the bond between you & your baby & is excellent in calming mums nervous system.

" When your calmer, it is easier to observe baby's cues & baby tends to be calmer with a calm caregiver.

1 Hour Distant Session

Distance Reiki is just as powerful as an in person treatment, sometimes even more!

During this session you will experience all the benefits as if you would in-person as Jess draws on the Power of the Reiki symbols to tap into the distant healing energy that can be sent across time & space.

How to prepare for a Distant Reiki Session?

Jess asks ideally, if your at home, sit in a meditation space on a bed or couch, make sure your in a position that's comfortable for you, you can move around if need or book around bedtime to help you sleep. Make the space comfortable with cushions & blankets if needed, use your crystals, essential oils, or incense to create a relaxing atmosphere. Devote this short time just to yourself to recharge your life force energy or set your own healing intention.

Restorative Yoga is a very restful, meditative style of yoga. Poses are held for longer than in a standard yoga class and your body will be fully supported by props throughout the pose. This allows you to deeply relax and settle into.  Guided meditations and breath awareness help you to drift off, switch off the thinking mind and surrender into the moment.  It is a beautiful way to restore and nurture your body and mind while balancing out your nervous system.  Restorative Yoga is also great for improving sleep and relieving muscle tension.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch, as a reiki practitioner uses their hands to deliver energy or (chi) to your body improving the flow and balance of your energy system.

Sound Healing uses different musical instruments, commonly crystal quartz singing bowls tuned at different frequencies to assist in healing different parts of the mind and body.
