Distance may be a hinderance for in person workouts.  The COVID-19 precautions are also a valid hinderance for in person workouts.  To avoid the workout in general, now that’s not valid.  This service allows you to receive an email of a workout plan.  Just let me know what you want the workout focused on i.e balance, core, etc. Also, leave a note on duration for the workout.
