We do a brief intake to identify stressors in your life you wish to address. These may be emotionally charged memories, physical pain or sabotage issues. Testing via kinesiology can establish which to address first.Using the EFT Tapping protocol we repeat until the desired outcome is reached.An introductory session lasts 45 minutes. Studies have demonstrated that tapping on meridian points reduces stress and increases relaxation.
