We have extensive knowledge and experience in Waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Samba, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Swing, Mambo, Bolero, Zouk, Kizomba, Bachata, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Progressive 2 step & Country 2-Step, Quinceanera Traditional Dance & Fun Dance, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Hip Hop.

Dance Fit Class  is a total body workout that combines cardio,  strength training and core exercises, through isolation and targeting specific body parts.  The best of both worlds dancing thru fitness is a fun cardiovascular workout to upbeat music were you will shimmee through your workout that will be sure to increase your energy level!

Unleash your inner sensual being with this sultry, sexy choreo class. Heels are encouraged, knee pads highly recommended, and all the sass you can muster. Dress as sexy as you want, but keep in mind that we are still a fitness studio and modesty is required. Please cover all bits you wouldn't want on camera. This is where we start to incorporate some tricks and spins above the floor work and around-the-pole manoeuvres we covered in beginner exotic. 

Contemporary dance combines elements from many disciplines but is, most strongly rooted in modern dance, ballet, and jazz. In this class, we will be focusing on technique, while also exploring creative movement and musicality. Dance will help to improve students overall movements quality which they can take from the floor into the air.
