Yoga sessions for up to six people, tailored to fit your needs.  Your choice of class may include: yin, hot power, vinyasa flow, or a combination of two styles.  Please email for preferences, availability, and pricing.  Power yoga: fast-paced, cardio workout. Can be heated. Flow yoga: slow to moderate paced flowing sequences. Yin yoga: seated or reclined slow, deep stretch with support. Power and Peace: 1/2 power, 1/2 yin. *Baptiste style influenced classes.
