 Condo Amenities Room Booking Rules & RegulationsThank you for helping keep our shared amenities clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents. Booking RequirementsThe amenities room must be reserved in advance through building management or the approved booking system.Only registered residents or unit owners may book the room.The resident who books the room is fully responsible for:The condition of the roomAll guests attendingAny damages or rule violations during the booking period Deposit & FeesAn $80 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking.The deposit will be refunded after the room has been inspected and confirmed to be:CleanUndamagedIn compliance with all room rules and condominium bylawsFailure to follow the rules may result in a partial or full loss of the deposit.Additional cleaning or repair costs beyond the deposit amount may be charged to the resident if necessary. Booking TimesBookings are only permitted during approved amenity hours.Setup and cleanup time must be included within your reserved booking time.Please ensure the room is vacated promptly at the end of your booking.????
