Prix : 15€

Our fully qualified massage therapists will begin by assessing your back to understand your specific needs and areas of tension. You’ll then experience a focused, tailored massage designed to relieve stress, ease tight muscles, and restore comfort. Choose the approach that suits you best—relaxation, deep tissue, or sports massage—and your therapist will customise the session to deliver the most effective treatment for you on the day.

Reflexology works by accessing nerve endings in the feet that are connected to every organ and system of the body. Each part of the body corresponds to a specific reflex point—the right foot reflects the right side of the body, and the left foot reflects the left side. Similar to the meridian lines in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reflexology is based on the principle that applying gentle pressure to these reflex points can stimulate the related organs and systems, encouraging natural healing, relaxation, and overall balance throughout the body.

Our 25-minute on-site chair massage is performed fully clothed and requires no oils, making it a simple, convenient way to unwind—right where you are. Instead of taking a coffee break, take a relaxation break. Settle into our specially designed massage chair and let one of our highly skilled therapists ease tension, improve circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized for the rest of your day.
