In this class, we will be focusing on technique, while also exploring creative movement and musicality. Weekly Kandyan Sessions 7pm via Zoom suitable for all! The Kandyan-based workout sessions will be beneficial for all dancers to continue to improve your form and technique. Good form and technique ensures a dancer's longevity, prevent injuries, build strength and flexibility, and refine movement quality. All of which provide dancers with the ability to dance using correct body placement and alignment and beautiful lines!Kandyan Dancing is a great form of aerobic exercise since it works many muscles in the body. Muscles become stretched, conditioned, and toned while the heart rate increases, pumping blood at a faster rate.Dance wear - Anything you feel comfortable wearing to dance. Camera - Please have the camera on so you are being seen to get any feedback but not mandatory.
