Weekly Kandyan Sessions 7pm via Zoom suitable for all! The Kandyan-based workout sessions will be beneficial for all dancers to continue to improve your form and technique. Good form and technique ensures a dancer's longevity, prevent injuries, build strength and flexibility, and refine movement quality. All of which provide dancers with the ability to dance using correct body placement and alignment and beautiful lines!Kandyan Dancing is a great form of aerobic exercise since it works many muscles in the body. Muscles become stretched, conditioned, and toned while the heart rate increases, pumping blood at a faster rate.Dance wear - Anything you feel comfortable wearing to dance. Camera - Please have the camera on so you are being seen to get any feedback but not mandatory. Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Mixxedfit is a people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning! In this class, we dance to both formats with hits ranging from reggaeton, salsa, hip hop and pop.  It's a fat burning cardio workout and great for all levels of fitness.

DanceFit is our dance program. It focuses on fun and fitness, with no ‘downtime’ learning choreography, the exercise session emphasises continual movement, where dances are built upon base movements. The choreography is layered to allow students to build more complex movements gradually, while also focussing on increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.
