Fri 10.30am: A 60 minute fun social light dance aerobic class suitable for all abilities.  Group exercise isn’t just about getting fit and healthy – though you’ll certainly do that – but also about meeting people, having fun together, dancing, smiling, and laughing all the way.

Mon 1pm: Beginner / Improver level class. Line dancing is a form of synchronized dancing in which dancers are arranged in rows, or lines, facing either in the same direction or each other. Dancers move in unison and do not come into physical contact with one another during the dance.

Marshals Cheer & Dance are one of the UK’s newest competitive cheer and dance programs, established in July 2012, the program has grown from strength to strength. The program has at its core a desire to develop Masters of Cheer and Dance. A philosophy that underpins each and every action carried out by the team of experienced and committed coaches. Their aim is to guide each athlete to a place where they truly master the skills required to be a competitive cheerleading athlete.
