Our in-depth endless pool sessions cover swim technique, efficiency, pace control, timing, breathing and other swimming aspects. There will be outdoor group circuit classes available for Richmond, VA and Arlington, VA. There will be scheduled throughout the month and will consist of numerous locations throughout the cities. Equipment will be provided. 

This service is available for clients who want to work with weights and gym equipment. Signing up for an in person session is the best way to practice/fix your form, learn the equipment and your limits, as well as gaining muscle strength. There will be options for signing up for packages.
