Reports of your ride are also generated and e-mailed after each class, along with files, so you can track your workouts and see success or improvements in multiple areas. Our on-site, Coaches, will help you understand and use this feedback to both motivate and help you get the most out of each session.

 During your assessment, we will do a consultation about your fitness and health goals, your current fitness level and nutrition, and establish a proper plan for success. We will also complete a brief fitness assessment, to evaluate levels of strength, form and endurance.

Your first session will include an initial assessment and goal orientated discussion, and subsequent sessions will be structured workouts with one-on-one instruction. Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  

$55 per 0-60 min session 

$70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins.

Learning basketball fundamentals is essential, as it provides players with a solid understanding of the game and helps them build confidence and muscle memory. By practicing these skills regularly through basketball drills, players can improve their basketball abilities and apply them with ease on the court. In addition, having a strong foundation in basketball fundamentals can increase a player's opportunities for playing time, as they can excel in any position on the team.

Coach D. conducts weekly group training sessions aimed at teaching and enhancing basketball skills. The sessions are beneficial for novice players as well as athletes who possess some experience playing on school or community teams.

All payments are final. In the event of cancellation within a 3-hour window of session start time, payments can be applied to future sessions.
