I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with both individuals and couples. My counseling is compassionate, empathic and empowerment-based. I believe healing occurs through the recognition of your inner strengths, helping you find ways to treat yourself with compassion during difficult times. I take care to understand and talk with you about your experiences. Together we gently explore sources of pain or stress, and decide on the best strategies for reducing stress.

Our Initial Assessment is a must for all new patients. During this session, Dr. Glaze will assess your condition and determine which treatments are best suited to improve your wellness. For adolescents aged 14 or overThrive provides remote advisory support to families with adolescents experiencing problems adjusting to new environments or after a threatening incident. We can also provide advice to families with children presenting with common mental health problems.
