Hey friend!A 15 to 25 minute consultation must be booked before individual or group services to gauge your fitness level and to sign proper documentation prior to our session. Please expect an email following your booking and a Zoom call for the day your consultation is scheduled.Once consultation is complete, a link will be emailed to book your workout session. One person may register for all group members and pay price of $12 (per person to be coordinated amongst group members). Full session can last up to 45 min, but can & may go under this time frame.All workouts are currently virtual and will be scheduled on Zoom.
