Boat rent J80- One designYou can rent a yacht for yourself and a team if you own an appropriate license or intend to go with a skipper. All you have to do is to book your yacht, leave a deposit and, of course, have a great time.

Course exclusively for sailors under 16 years of age. Over half of the dinghy skippers at the last Olympic Games were former Optimist sailors. Our course is for those who want: To get familiar kids with the sailboat and sea conditions. To introduce children up to 15 years to sailing in small sports sailboats Optimist Dinghy. Or with J80 Sport Sailing Boat that is comfortable to operate from 12 years Old. Getting familiar with the boat, luffing up, bearing off, tacking, sailing in all directions, capsize recovery and essential safety knowledge, preparing and hoisting sails, the role of the helmsperson, stowing the sailboat and sails, and sailboat maintenance.

Yin jóga kemur þú í veg fyrir samfall, ótímabæra hrörnun, samgróning og við aukum súrefnis-og blóðflæðið. Yin jóga styrkir og lengir vöðvana, eykur liðleika og getu okkar. Áhersla er lögð á algjöra kyrrð, að vera í núinu og auka meðvitund um líðan sína og líkamsvitund. Flestar stöður eru gerðar sitjandi eða liggjandi þannig að flest allir geta stundað yin jóga. Stöðum er haldið allt frá 3 til 10 mínútur með það að markmiði að efla orkuflæði líkamans og næra djúpvefi líkamans, bein og liðamót.

Jóga nidra er 35 mín dekur fyrir huga líkama og sál. Margar rannsóknir benda okkur á að streita er stór orsök margra sjúkdóma t.d. meltingatruflana, þunglyndis, kvíða og bólgum í líkamanum. Með því að stunda jóga nidra nærðu andlegu jafnvægi, Þar getur líkaminn náð að heila sig og hugurinn að núllstilla sig. Við kyrrum huga okkar og öndum okkur leið inn í líkamann til að losa um hindranir og höft líkama og huga.

45 minutes of pure cardio FUN!Looking to shred and get a good sweat? This class is for you! This is a high energy class created to get you moving and moving fast! Expect high motivated music and a pumped up atmosphere to REALLY get you going. PLEASE bring your own water and sneakers.This class is only 45 minutes, but please feel free to stay the last 15 minutes to cool down and stretch as the next class is Full Body. 

A Private session is more individualized, as the full hour is completely YOUR hour! WOOHOO!Private Pilates sessions are great if you are looking for some one-on-one time. This time gives Ebany, and you, a chance to get to know your body, your goals, and your injuries (if any.) A Private session is a more personal and in-depth exercise plan that would work best for you.
