Hatha vinyasa øvede med yogalærer Aviaaja Dette hold er en blanding af Hatha Yoga og Vinyasa Yoga. Det indebærer, at der arbejdes med dybe og intense stræk, der holdes i en lidt længere periode kombineret med mere flydende bevægelser, hvor stillingerne kommer i en et rytmisk flow uden pauser. Den røde tråd er koncentreret omkring åndedrættet. Holdet er for alle, der har prøvet yoga før, og som elsker at bevæge sig, trække vejret i en rolig og hyggelig atmosfære.

Med afsæt i den velkendte solhilsen, vil vi udforske mange af de klassiske stillinger og prøve kræfter med et par af de mere udfordrende. Der vil hver gang være en ny flow-serie med forskelligt tema efterfulgt af en mere hatha-inspireret sekvens, hvor vi får mulighed for at komme dybere ind i stillingerne. Timen afsluttes selvfølgelig altid med afslapning.

På dette hold vil du blive introduceret til grundprincipperne i yoga, og man vil i et roligt tempo blive guidet gennem de klassiske yoga stillinger.
