Nas práticas de Hatha Yoga teremos a oportunidade de desenvolver técnicas respiratórias (kryas e pranayamas) para a limpeza do corpo, da mente e da nossa energia, auxiliando no desenvolvimento da consciência corporal, melhoria no sistema respiratório, controle emocional e equilíbrio do sistema nervoso. As práticas também são compostas pela execução de posturas (asanas) fundamentais com maiores tempos de permanência do que uma prática de Vinyasa, o que por um lado facilita o entendimento do aluno, em especial os iniciantes, sobre o correto alinhamento das posturas, e o que por outro lado gera o desafio de permanecer em isometria o que possibilita o fortalecimento físico e a disciplina mental para a manutenção do foco ao longo da prática.

In this session, the focus will be on the feet, legs, hips, low back, upper back, buttocks, arms, hands, and shoulders. The whole body is addressed and includes full body contact. (This may include genital and anal stimulation.)
